One is the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, which requires that you sign up to use their free service. After you have signed up, one of their representatives will contact you with additional information. The second source is Braille Bibles International. Because of copyright restrictions, they cannot post the files online, but you can receive .brf files by e-mail or have a printed copy sent to you.
