If you are unable to connect to the Internet faster than 56K (faster than with a dial-up modem) you will have trouble trying to view conference. Things that can cause a slower Internet connection are the weather, the number of people on the Internet, the number of people using your Internet service provider, or the quality of your computer or phone lines. It sounds like you need to clear your cache and refresh the Web page. You can do this in Internet Explorer by clicking on Tools, Internet Options, then on the Delete Files button. Then go back to the Web page and click on Refresh. In Netscape, click on Edit, then Preferences, then on the plus sign next to Advanced on the left, and then on Cache. Then click on the Clear Disk Cache and Clear Memory Cache buttons on the right. Then go back to the Web page and click on Reload.
