This technology is called streaming audio and video. We use the Windows
Media Player from Microsoft to deliver programming to you.
You will need to get the Windows Media Player installed
on your machine if you do not have it already.
Windows Media Player is free. If you already have it, you are ready
to listen to or view any audio or video content on lds.org. If you are not sure, see "Test Player" below.

If a small window pops up and you hear audio, you already have the Windows
Media Player. If your browser warns you that you don't have a necessary
plug-in or helper application, then you will need to download the Windows
Media Player.

Basic Troubleshooting
If you are unable to receive audio or video content from lds.org,
there could be a problem with your receiving computer, a network congestion
problem from the Internet itself, or a technical problem with lds.org
receiving the feed from the source and redistributing it on the Internet.
