Step 1: Register for an LDS Account
You will be required to enter your LDS Account user name and password to access the online submission form. LDS Account is the main log-in account for Church Web sites. If you already have an LDS Account, go to step 2. To register for a new LDS Account, you will need the following information:

• Your name
• Your date of birth
• Your e-mail address
• Your confirmation date (Your confirmation date can be obtained from your ward or branch clerk.)
• Your membership record number (Your MRN can be obtained from your ward or branch clerk. If you have a temple recommend, the number can be found on the back side under "Record Number.")

Please note that you can create an LDS Account without entering your membership record number. However, the International Art Competition Web site will not allow you to submit your entry without your membership record number in your LDS Account. Click here to register for an LDS Account.

Step 2: Submit Your Entry Using LDS Account
Use your LDS Account user name and password to log in to the online entry form, and then follow the instructions to complete your entry. Click here for the online entry form.

Step 3: Updating Information
After submitting your entry form, you can access it again using your LDS Account user name and password at any time on or before October 10, 2008, to update artist and artwork information or to change and upload photographs of your artwork. Make sure all information has been updated on or before October 10, 2008.
