Howell Company (1852) Pioneer Information: His surname is spelled "Bramain" on the roster. His name appears on a non–contemporary typescript list in Journal History (Supplement after 31 Dec. 1848, 3) and in <i>Pioneers and Prominent Men of Utah</i>, page 767, as having come to Utah in 1848 in the Brigham Young company, but that is incorrect.
