Haight Company (1863) Pioneer Information: Evidence from emigration and church (Perpetual Emigrating Fund) records proves John Buxton traveled to Utah in 1863. A letter dated January 18, 1872, in a St. George Stake letterpress copybook identifies the Haight company as the company he traveled in.
