The Museum of Church History and Art invites Latter-day Saint artists around the world to create new works of art for the Eighth International Art Competition. Instructions for submitting entries and information about the exhibit are available on this Web site.

Online Entry Forms
Please read the Online Submission Instructions before completing the online entry form. You will be required to enter your LDS Account user name and password to access the online submission form. If you do not have an LDS Account, go to Online Submission Instructions to learn how to create an account.

Printed Entry Forms
To send your entry by mail, please call the museum (1-801-240-4615) or send an e-mail (churchmuseum@ldschurch.org) to request a copy of the official printed entry form. You can also print a copy of the entry form from this Web site in one of ten languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Portuguese, Italian, and Chinese) by clicking on Entry Forms.

Submit Photographic Images
Do not send original art to the museum.
Whether using the online or printed entry form, you will be instructed to send up to three photographic images of your artwork. At least one image should show the overall artwork. Two additional images of artwork details may be included. Electronic images can be submitted with the online entry form. If you send photographs, slides, or compact discs via regular mail, please label them clearly with your name and the title of the work. Images can also be e-mailed to churchmuseum@ldschurch.org. Images will not be returned.

Deadline
Entry forms must be submitted online or postmarked by Friday, October 10, 2008.
