Primary President - 1980–1988

Dwan Young took over the reins of Primary just as the consolidated meeting schedule was being implemented early in 1980. These changes demanded great energy and flexibility in preparing curriculum for Sunday Primaries, addressing problems and making adjustments to make the new program work worldwide. With Primary now an hour and forty minutes long, sharing time became an additional means of involving children and teaching the gospel. This new vision for Primary was carried to Primary children and leaders around the world.
