Trace the decoder onto a piece of paper. Cut out the black squares. Place your cutout over Block 1 with TOP at the top. Going from left to right, top to bottom, copy the letters that are visible. Turn the decoder a quarter turn clockwise. Again copy the letters that appear, reading from left to right, top to bottom. Turn the decoder another quarter turn clockwise, copy the letters, then turn it clockwise once more and copy the remaining letters. Divide the row of letters into words to discover this year’s Primary theme. Repeat the procedure with Block 2 and Block 3 to learn the Primary theme for February and something about it.
