And here’s what that means!

Do you ever feel like it’s hard to feel happy when life isn’t working out the way you hoped?

It’s remarkable that Nephi and his people “lived after the manner of happiness” (2 Nephi 5:27) even during a time when their circumstances were difficult.

How was that possible?! Can we be happy when life is hard?

Well, let’s get something straight... living “after the manner of happiness” doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be happy 24/7. It means you make the choices that invite peace right now and lead to happiness in the future. So despite challenges, you can still feel comfort and hope thanks to our Savior Jesus Christ and His everlasting Gospel.
