Biography: |
Taught Seminary 19 years at Pasco Washington Released-Time Seminary.
He is married to Dalene Munns Banks and they have 4 children.
Grew up in Southern Utah and Cache Valley Utah.
Enjoys his children, travel, the Mariners, Fantasy Sports.
Currently, Doctoral Student at Washington State University "Educational Leadership".
Master's Degree from Utah State University "instructional Technology" 1993.
Bachelor's Degrees from Utah State University "Family Science" and Psychology" 1987.
Church Service: Bishop twice, High Councilor, Ward Mission Leader, Elder's Quorum Presidencies.
