Biography: |
Sister Sharratt came to us from Minnesota in 2003. She has lived in Utah, Colorado, Montana, West Virginia, and Alaska while her husband was engaged in research for the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. She joined the Church in Minnesota and headed west to BYU and Utah State Univ (where she met her husband). She and her husband, Brenton, are the parents of 6 children. She obtained a BS degree in Natural Resource Management at the Univ of Alaska-Fairbanks. While completing her degree, she cared for her 4 children under age 13, and gave birth to twins. Her favorite things to do are: reading, piecing quilts, traveling, and seeing a good movie. In addition to her Institute secretarial duties, she bakes bread for the students and prepares the Friday Forum lunch.
