Biography: |
Brother Slaughter has been teaching for the Church Educational System for 16 years. During that time he has been a seminary instructor, principal, a part-time institute instructor, and currently works as a Pre-Service Trainer at the Ogden Institute. Brother Slaughter received his Masters in Education from Weber State University. He is married to his wonderful wife Michelle and they have 4 great children, three daughters and one son. He served a mission in the great Florida Tampa Mission and loved his association with the marvelous saints in that area. Brother Slaughter has had a variety of church callings and is currently serving as a Bishop. He loves camping with his family and playing golf and raquetball, although his favorite season is fall, because that is when school starts and when college football gets underway. He has a great love for the youth and the sacred words of living Prophets. His favorite part of teaching is the students.
