Biography: |
Raymond O. Kelley has been in the Church Educational System since September of 1982. He taught seminary for 9 years, worked in the Church Office Building for 9 years, and has taught institute for 7 years. Brother Kelley is a convert to the Church (since 1979). He received his B.A. from the University of Texas-El Paso in 1972, his M.A. from BYU in 1986 and his Ph.D. from Utah State in 2000. Brother Kelley is blessed to have married the former Becky Joy Mikkelson. They are the parents of 2 boys and 2 girls. It is his hope that all students will come to know their Savior, Jesus Christ, and have a desire to become like Him. That they will love the scriptures and make it a life-long mission to feast upon them. That they will love and follow the Lord and His prophets, apostles and revelators. And that they may know for a certainty that God loves them and knows them personally and that they may feel His love in their lives.
