Biography: |
Brother Neeley was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is the youngest of eight children. His father passed away when he was just 3 years old. As a youth, he was tremendously influenced for good by his own seminary teachers and through his involvement in the seminary program. He served in the military during the Viet Nam war but was never stationed overseas. He served a mission which he thoroughly loved in the Bristol, England mission. He graduated from the University of Utah, married the former Lynnette Zemp, received full-time employment with the Church Educational System, moved to Southern Idaho, and purchased their first home all during the month of June 1975 (yes, it was a big month). Brother Neeley received his Masters degree from BYU and later his Doctorate from USC. He and Lynnette are the parents of four boys and one daughter. He became the Institute Director of the LA Westwood Institute in June, 2003. He invites all to come and enjoy a great experience!
