Biography: |
Brother Nebeker was born in LaGrande Oregon. He was a wrestler in High School and he served a mission in Germany and his area covered East Berlin.(Ask him for some great stories.) He graduated from BYU in business and has worked in the insurance business for many years. He was a bishop in the East Stake. He loves his sweet wife Bette, woodworking, writing, family history, traveling and teaching institute.
