Biography: |
Brother Packer has been with CES since 1994. He has a Bachelors Degree from Utah State University and a Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix. He loves to teach. He has held several callings in the church. He enjoys being outdoors including hunting, fishing, camping and being with his family. He served a Mission to Lima Peru. He and his wife are the parents of five daughters.
