| Where are the young single adult wards? |
| There are two singles wards:

2. West Valley Ward 5520 Topeka Dr. Tarzana. Bishop--Larsen (818) 993-3173 |

| Who can attend institute? |
| All young single and married adults between the ages of 18-30 students or non-students. We no longer collect fees. |
