Why is the institute address on the home page in Massachusetts?
This address is the CES Coordinator's office. Chris Beynon is the coordinator for three different stakes and his office is located in Western Massachusetts. If you need directions or more information on the classes in your area you may contact us or call our CES missionaries in the Providence Stake at 401-475-5655.
Who may enroll in Institute Classes?
Institute classes are designed for students and non-students from 18-30 years of age. Married students under the age of 31 may also attend. Occasionally a class may be offered to people in other circumstances. Those exceptions will be made known on a case by case basis. You do not need to be a member of the LDS church to attend.
How much does it cost to enroll in an Institute class?
Registration for all Institute class is free of charge. There may be a minimal charge for manuals or other materials (usually under $10).
Can I get BYU credit for taking institute classes?
