Located in the "HEART" of the state of Washington, the Ellensburg Institute services LDS students attending Central Washington University. Our early 20th century, four story home is "a home away from home" for our students. In addition to classes, we sponsor activities, lunches on Fridays, and our wonderful building provides a refuge where students play pool, foosball, ping-pong, and other games; where they study in our library (which is stocked with some great LDS-oriented books); and where people just come to hang out, meet friends, and retreat from the stress.
All of the outdoor joys are minutes away such as hiking, riverfloating, water and snow skiing, and even rockclimbing. Our Young Single Adult Branch meets weekly on 1700 Brick Road and has over 100 active members. Come visit our web page for a list of classes, activities and announcements.
