| YSA/Student Wards |
| Young single adults (ages 18-30) attend either the Lory Ward or Spring Creek Ward. All wards meet in the Institute Building, 630 S Meldrum. During the summer months, the wards meet together at 10AM. During the school year, Spring Creek Ward will meet at 9AM and Lory Ward will meet at 11:30AM. Each ward is filled with an incredible blend of exceptional and motivated young adults. Contact the Institute to learn the ward in which you live.
The YSA/Student wards are fully functioning wards which provide a great strength to the Fort Collins Colorado Stake. The bishoprics are composed of mature men of vast experience and wisdom. These wards will provide a significant gospel and leadership training ground for young adults who attend.
Married students attend one of ten resident wards in the Fort Collins area.

| Parking |
| Parking permits are available to all students who register for DAYTIME Institute classes and MAINTAIN 75% attendance. Spaces are available to permit holders only, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no parking fee. Cars parked without a permit will be towed. |
 |
| Student Housing |
| Freshmen at CSU are required to live on-campus. The Institute cannot "match up" potential roommates. However, the Institute secretary keeps a list of persons looking for certain types of roommates and will, at your request, supply information about you to others who are similarly searching. Also, we maintain a bulletin board where notices may be posted. The notice should be approved by the Institute secretary or the Director. |
