Obtaining on-campus housing with other LDS students
All roommate requests must be made through the campus housing office on an individual basis. A general roommate request based on religion alone will not be accomodated by the university. Please be aware that some dorms at Texas A&M are co-ed, while others are not. Some are "substance free," while others are not. The university will attempt to accomodate requests for specific dorms. For further information, contact the Institute office.
Obtaining off-campus housing with other LDS students
Each of the two student wards has a "Housing Coordinator" who maintains information regarding those with space seeking roommates, as well as those who are looking for apartments. These coordinators may be contacted through the Institute office.
Institute Hours
The Institute is open M-F 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. It is also open for general use during other institute activites, including the Thursday activity at 9 PM.
