Parking
A Parking Permit must be obtained from the Institute Secretary. Failure to have a Parking Permit will result in a City of Lethbridge Ticket. The parking permits are free but you must be enrolled and attending an Institute class. If you did not receive credit for an Institute class the previous semester you do not qualify for a parking pass.
Building Hours
Monday, the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday thru Thursday, the building hours are 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday, the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday the building is closed. During the summer our hours are flexible, so if you are making a special trip please phone ahead to make sure the bldg. will be open.
Building Policies
No "outside" music can be played in the building without permission of the Institute director. Two people of the opposite sex cannot be in the building alone. Absolutely no moving of the pool table. (Fooseball table and ping-pong tables are moveable). If you use the kitchen, the dishes need to be washed, dried, and put away. Failure to do this will result with the kitchen being locked.

Booking of the Bldg.
All activities within the building are to be cleared through the Institute faculty and booked through the Institute Secretary or Faculty member. Including Family Home Evening.
Bldg. Cleanliness
In the Spirit of member participation all those using the building are responsible for its cleanliness and maintenance. After each use everything is to be returned to its proper place. Carpets vacuumed & kitchen thoroughly cleaned (sinks, counters, applicances, floors).
What is required to Graduate?
Complete a total of 14 credits of class. (Most classes receive 2 credits) The minimum requirement for completion is 75% attendance. (1) Complete 4 credits of Book of Mormon studies (you must study the entire Book of Mormon). (2) Complete a minimum of 4 credits in any of the following courses: NT; OT; D&C; POGP; Teachings of the Living Prophets. (3) Complete an additional 6 credits via any course. (4) Receive a worthiness clearance from your current Bishop.
