I am not sure the exact amount of the rent, I believe my neighbor pays 650, but I'm sure you can inquire about this further) It is 2 bedroom, with basement space, and washer/dryer hookup. The landlord pays for all the water. We have a hose with a sprayer to wash cars, and a big front porch. If anyone knows anyone who might need a place or is moving here and may need a cute place, let me know. If anyone is looking for a roommate (female) also let me know.
