Manuals may be ordered from the distribution center by going to web site www.ldscatalog.com – click on CES –Course Materials-Select manual –will need credit or debit card. You will be asked to make-up a password and Logon ID. Shipping is free and orders take about 2 weeks. Need more information- call the main Distribution Center at (801) 240-3800.
