How Giving Is Helping
Peterson

Engineering the Body
Neil Peterson chose a career in nursing because he has been curious about how things work since he was a child building with Legos and taking his toys apart. "Through my nursing education I have learned the masterful engineering of the human body and how good nursing facilitates healing," he says. "I see how my skills can help repair a broken femur or heal a wounded soul."

Of the financial help he has received at BYU, Peterson says, "I am very thankful to the contributions that made these scholarships possible." Peterson has already accepted a position at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and plans to practice as a nurse anesthetist after graduate school.   Full Story
