Jesus was up on a mountain by the Sea of Galilee. He was teaching some people the gospel.

Matthew 4:25; 5:1

He told them how to live so they could be happy. He told them how to go back to heaven. The things he said will make us happy too.

We should not think we are better than other people.

We should try as hard as we can to be righteous.

We should forgive people who hurt us or make us feel bad. If we forgive them, Heavenly Father will forgive us.

We should love other people. We should help them love each other.

We should not be afraid to tell other people about the gospel. We should tell them we love Heavenly Father. We should do good. When other people see us do good, they might believe in God too.

We should always keep our promises. We should do everything we say we will do.

We should be nice to other people. We want others to be nice to us. So we should be nice to them.

Jesus said if we do these things we will be happy. God will bless us. We will be able to go back to heaven.
