A woman named Tabitha lived in a city called Joppa. She was a very good woman. She helped many people. They loved her.

One day she became very sick. She died.
|

Her friends were very sad. They went to see Peter. They asked him to come and bless Tabitha. Peter went with them.

Peter saw Tabitha. He asked her friends to leave the room.
|
 |
|
He knelt down and prayed. Then he told her to stand up. She opened her eyes and saw Peter.

Peter took hold of her hand. He helped her stand up. He told her friends to come back into the room. Her friends saw that Tabitha was alive. They were happy. Peter brought Tabitha back to life. This was a miracle.
