When Broadcast Materials Will Be Available

Video and Audio Archives on the Internet

  • Within a week of the meeting, the English Windows Media video and audio archives and MP3 files will be available online.

  • Within 4 weeks of the meeting, the Spanish Windows Media video and audio archives and MP3 files will be available online.

  • Within 4 weeks of the meeting, the MP3 files will be available in the following languages: Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, and Russian.

  • Within 12 weeks, Windows Media audio archives will be available in the following languages: Amharic, Albanian, Arabic, Armenian, Bislama, Bulgarian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Cebuano, Chuukese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Fijian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Guarani, Haitian, Hindi (Fiji), Hmong, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kekchi, Kiribati, Korean, Kosraean, Laotian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malagasy, Mandarin, Marshallese, Mongolian, Navajo, Norwegian, Pohnpeian, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Euro), Quiché, Romanian, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tagalog, Tahitian, Tamil, Thai, Tongan, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

  • Within 12 weeks, Windows Media video will be available in American Sign Language (ASL).

Online Text

  • Within a week of the meeting, the English text of each presentation will be available online.

  • Within 10 weeks of the meeting, the text of the meeting will be available online in the following languages: Albanian, Armenian, Braille, Bulgarian, Cambodian, Cebuano, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Mongolian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Tahitian, Tamil, Thai, Tongan, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

Magazines

  • The June 2006 issue of the Ensign magazine will contain the proceedings of the meeting in English.

  • The June 2006 issue of the Liahona will contain the proceedings of the meeting in the following languages: Cambodian, Cebuano, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mongolian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Thai, Tongan, and Ukrainian.

Booklets

  • Within 10 weeks of the meeting, booklets will be created in the following languages: Albanian, Armenian, Bulgarian, Cambodian, Cebuano, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Mongolian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Tahitian, Tamil, Thai, Tongan, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. Online PDFs of these booklets will be available at that time. One copy of the booklet will also be mailed to each unit in its respective language, along with the multilingual DVD.

DVDs

  • Within 10 weeks of the meeting, a multilingual DVD will be created that contains the following languages: Bulgarian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Cebuano, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Laotian, Korean, Mandarin, Mongolian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Tahitian, Thai, Tongan, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. One copy of the DVD will be mailed to each unit, along with a copy of the booklet in the unit's designated language.

Videos

  • For units that did not receive the satellite broadcast, a video master of the broadcast will be made available to area offices within 8 weeks.
