Live Online Broadcasts
What Are Live Online Broadcasts?
Live broadcasts are available online through a process called streaming. This allows users to view the live event as it is happening through their computer or other Internet-enabled devices like Android-powered tablets, iPads, and smartphones.
The Church has a wide range of broadcasts that have traditionally been available over the Church satellite system. In recent years these broadcasts have also been made available as live streaming content over the Internet. These broadcasts are also made available after the event, as archived video on LDS.org.
As access to the Internet continues to increase around the world, the Church is working diligently to increase the number of live broadcasts and other Church media content that are available online, on multiple devices, and in as many languages and countries as possible.
The Church and Live Online Broadcasts
Multiple broadcasts are streamed live each year. These events are broadcast as live video streams in multiple languages. Live audio streams are also available in up to 64 languages for some Church events. Please see the requirements for live streaming and what Internet-enabled devices are supported. The following broadcasts are available live to the public and then can be found as archived media at lds.org/broadcasts:
