"My father and mother had a cabin near Brighton....Despite a considerable association with Brighton, Dad took very few pictures there, a fact I find fascinating. Almost no pine trees, lakes, mountains or aspens appear in his works. Rather, his chosen subject was agricultural Utah, which is what much of Salt Lake County was in those days."
