The program will be broadcast via the church satellite system.

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square will combine to perform music rich in the tradition of the pioneer heritage. The program will include numbers such as "Yes, My Native Land," "Faith in Every Footstep" and "Come, Come, Ye Saints." Lloyd Newell, who announces the weekly Music and the Spoken Word broadcast, will narrate the program. President Hinckley's remarks will conclude the commemoration.
