Home Teaching Records

Each month, quorum and group leaders, assisted by secretaries if needed, prepare a home teaching report that includes:

  1. The number of assigned households that were visited during the previous month by home teachers or other priesthood holders.

  2. List of the names of those who were not visited during the previous month.

Quorum and group leaders review the report to ensure that it is accurate. By the 10th of the month following each quarter, leaders or secretaries give the report for the previous month to a ward clerk. The clerk includes the home teaching numbers on the quarterly Member Progress Report.
