The Primary general presidency was sustained in general conference on Saturday, April 3, 2010. Sister Rosemary M. Wixom now leads as the 12th president of the Primary, Sister Jean A. Stevens serves as first counselor, and Sister Cheryl A. Esplin serves as second counselor.
