The members of an auxiliary presidency meet and counsel together. The video shows a Relief Society presidency meeting, but the underlying principles apply just as well to a Young Women presidency meeting. This video was originally presented in the January 2004 Worldwide Leadership Training Meeting. Running time, 4:23.

For leaders:

  • What does this presidency do to invite the Spirit into their meeting?
  • After they gather ideas, what do they do with their ideas?
  • How are their families considered at the end of the meeting?
