Relief Society General Board Member

Sister Norby was born to Ermon T. and Frances Wilkerson Birdwell in Los Angeles, California. After two years of attending BYU she was taught the missionary lessons and was baptized a member of the Church. She and her husband, Richard, were married in the Salt Lake Temple. They are the parents of five children and nine grandchildren.

She has served in the Primary, Young Women, and Relief Society auxiliaries in the various wards where she has lived. She also served with her husband when he presided over the Ivory Coast Abidjan Mission in West Africa.
