Rebecca S. Gardiner

REBECCA S. GARDINER
Young Women General Board Member

Rebecca Gardiner was born in San Francisco, California, and raised in Menlo Park, California. She married John A. Gardiner in the Salt Lake Temple. They are the parents of two daughters and one son.

She received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Brigham Young University and taught school in Provo for two years. Sister Gardiner worked at Stanford Graduate School of Business in career planning and placement. She has also done corporate training for IHC, Cigna Corporation, Fidelity Investments, and Stephen R. Covey.

Prior to her calling to the Young Women general board, she was a stake Relief Society president and served in the women's auxiliaries of the Church on both ward and stake levels. Rebecca loves the ocean, traveling, reading, and cross-country skiing. She loves Words of Mormon 1:7 which states: "He worketh in me to do according to his will."
