Diane Robison was raised in Chicago, Illinois, and joined the Church while studying at Miami University in Ohio. She continued her studies at Brigham Young University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in zoology. After raising her family, she also received a master’s degree in art history and a doctorate in instructional psychology and technology.

She met her husband, Reid Adams Robison, at BYU. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple and have five children. They raised their family in Toronto, Canada. In 2006, Sister Robison served a mission with her husband as he presided over the West Indies Mission.

Sister Robison spent many years teaching seminary and institute as well as serving in the auxiliaries of the Church. She enjoys serving wherever she is called and particularly loves to teach the gospel. One of her favorite scriptures is found in 2 Nephi 2:8: “Wherefore, how great the importance to make these things known unto the inhabitants of the earth.”
