You may qualify for a PEF loan if you are a worthy young man or woman who is:

• Generally between 18 and 30.
• Married or single.
• Active in the Church and enrolled in the local institute of religion.
• Living, working, and attending school in an area of the world where the program is approved.
• Lacking the resources to finance an education.
