Rising from the Rubble

Oaks of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles told Japanese Latter-day Saints during a recent visit to areas ravaged last year by earthquake and tsunami. He found that the Saints are rebuilding, rising from the rubble in the Land of the Rising Sun.
