Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the a scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
a according to the b of God the Father, through c of the Spirit, unto d and e of the f of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant a hath b us again unto a c d by the resurrection of e from the dead,
To an a incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
Who are kept by the a of God through b unto salvation c to be revealed in the last time.
Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a a, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold b:
That the a of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the b of Jesus Christ:
Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet a, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
Receiving the a of your b, even the c of your souls.
Of which a the b have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:
Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it a beforehand the b of Christ, and the c that should follow.
Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have a the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the b desire to look into.
Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be a, and hope b for the c that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former a in your b:
But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye a in all manner of b;
Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am a.
And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s a, pass the time of your sojourning here in b:
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not a with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your b received by c from your fathers;
But with the precious a of Christ, as of a b without c and without spot:
a verily was b before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him a; that your b and c might be in God.
Seeing ye have a your b in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned c of the brethren, see that ye d one another with a pure heart fervently:
Being a, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and b for ever.
For all a is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
But the a of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
