How can guiding principles help members and missionaries, as one, gather Israel in ways that are normal and natural?

As a group, read and discuss President Russell M. Nelson’s vision for gathering Israel on slides 3 and 4 and the background for this instruction on slide 5.

Review the approved guiding principles on slide 6 and discuss:

What are normal and natural ways we can show love to those around us?
What does the Church have that we can share with others that will bless their lives, regardless of whether they are ready to learn about the restored gospel?
What invitations can we extend that our friends are most likely to accept?

Show slide 7 (informal missionary coordination from the May 26, 2020, Quorum of the Twelve letter) and discuss:

How will these guiding principles strengthen the current missionary efforts of our priesthood quorums and Relief Society and Young Women groups?
How can we apply these principles in our weekly informal missionary coordination?

How can we use technology to reach more people in normal and natural ways?

Watch and discuss Elder David A. Bednar’s “Sweep the Earth as with a Flood” (2:56).

Show slide 8, “Member Missionary Opportunities,” and discuss how members can participate in local missionary social media efforts.

Go to the Share Online page. Read and discuss the suggested ideas of how members can share the gospel through social media in partnership with full-time missionaries. Discuss which of these suggestions you will act on.

Show slides 9 and 10 and discuss why it is essential for members and missionaries to be united in their efforts.
