Church-service missionaries are needed as administrative support in the Senior Missionary Services division. Review senior missionary recommendations forms and potential senior missionary assignments; update missionary information in computer system; manage incoming communications; work with a wonderful team of three full-time employees and ten full-time senior missionaries.
Under the direction of the mission presidency and depending on your skills and desires, you may be trained to assist patrons in research, do photo duplication, analyze genealogical records, do special projects, help with preservation, train other missionaries, coordinate activities, create and edit learning materials, or support FamilySearch products and services.
You may serve in at least one of the following locations in Salt Lake City: (1) Church History Library, (2) Church Office Building, (3) Family History Library, or (4) Joseph Smith Memorial Building.
Help individuals and families impacted by addiction to rely on the Savior for healing and recovery. There are over 1,600 addiction recovery and support groups worldwide. Group leader volunteers are needed to conduct weekly program meetings. This includes arriving early to set up the room, starting and conducting the meeting, and straightening the room after the meeting has ended.
