Yes, it is required to be sent to the embassy to get the visa stamped directly into the passport.

Do missionaries need to provide a copy of their yellow fever vaccination or the actual yellow card?

Only a photocopy of the yellow card is needed to obtain the visa.

When will missionaries get their visa back?

Missionaries will receive their visa 1–2 weeks prior to their MTC report date, via Fed-ex. Missionaries should ensure that Missionary Travel has the proper physical address where the visa should be sent.

Do missionaries called to DR Congo, but reporting to Ghana MTC, need a Ghana visa?

Yes. Missionary Travel will request documents to obtain your Ghana visa, as well as a DR Congo visa.

My signature does not match the name printed on my passport, is that a problem?

If you did not sign your full name on the passport, all your visa documents must be signed the way you signed your passport.

Can I make corrections to my visa forms if the information already filled in is not correct?

No. Please contact our office for a new document.

How do I attach my photo to the application?

Use a paperclip to attach your photo.
