The Swaziland Mission is part of the South Africa Mission. You will receive instructions for a South Africa visa and a Swaziland visa. Please follow all instructions for a South Africa visa. You will need to obtain that visa before traveling to the South Africa MTC.
Also provide all documents listed on the Swaziland Mission visa list. These items will be sent by the Travel Office to Swaziland so that they can obtain that visa once you arrive in South Africa.
