My signature does not match the name printed on my passport. Is that a problem? 

No, it will not be a problem.

Can I make corrections to my visa forms if the information already filled in is not correct?

Yes, you may use white-out to correct any personal information on the application.

Does the visa application really need 2 signatures? 

Yes, the visa application needs to be signed in 2 places on the application where it asks for the signature and date. On the right column in the box and right above the box.

The instructions talk about a Ministerial Certificate, but I do not see one in my packet. What do I do?

If you did not receive a ministerial card in your visa packet please contact Missionary Travel to send you another one.

I would like to take a trip before entering the Missionary Training Center, will that hinder me from getting a visa?

No. Your visa is not usually applied for until you enter the Missionary Training Center. If you are needing your passport for travel and cannot send in your documents in time, please contact Missionary Travel to make sure there will be no visa issues.
