Elder Gary E. Stevenson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and the Relief Society General Presidency will speak on Thursday and Friday, May 4–5, 2017, at the Brigham Young University 2017 BYU Women’s Conference.

The leaders' four talks will be streamed live on the home page of LDS.org in English and Spanish and later archived in the LDS.org Media Library and the broadcast page in both languages.

The BYU Women's Conference—the largest two-day gathering of women of the Church—is Thursday and Friday, May 4–5, 2017. The theme of the conference, cosponsored by BYU and the Relief Society, is “Converted unto the Lord,” based on 3 Nephi 28:23.

The conference will have more than 150 presenters sharing their perspectives and insights on a variety of topics of interest and concern to LDS women of all ages.

Thursday, May 4, highlights

On Thursday, May, 4, Sister Sharon Eubank, First Counselor in the Relief Society Presidency and director of LDS Charities, will speak at the opening session at 9:00 a.m. Her talk will be streamed live in English and Spanish on the home page of LDS.org and later archived in the LDS Media Library.

Brother Tad R. Callister, General Sunday School President, and Sister Kathryn Louise Callister, will speak during the afternoon session at 3:45 p.m.

Friday, May 5, highlights

Sister Sister Jean B. Bingham, Relief Society General President, Sister Sharon Eubank, First Counselor, and Sister Reyna I. Aburto, Second Counselor, will speak at the morning session on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to noon (Mountain Daylight Time). Their three talks will be streamed live in English and Spanish on the home page of LDS.org and later archived in the LDS Media Library.

On Friday, the general session will be a musical presentation, “Our Roots: A Celebration of Who We Are,” featuring a cast of women of all ages and celebrating the life of every woman who strives to plant her life in the fertile soil of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Elder Gary E. Stevenson will then speak at the closing general session on Friday from 3:45 to 5:00 p.m. His talk will be streamed live in English and Spanish on the home page of LDS.org and later archived in the LDS Media Library.
