This event is just one of several sponsored by the Church History Department through the Church History Library’s Men and Women of Faith lecture series. The remaining event for the series will be on November 8 at 7:00 p.m. mountain daylight time in the main floor auditorium of the Church Office Building. The topic will be “Latter-day Saint Women’s Education, 1875–1896,” presented by Andrea Ventilla.
The themes are subject to change; patrons can find the most current information available on the Men and Women of Faith website.
The Church History Department, through the Church History Museum, also sponsors an Evenings at the Museum event series to provide patrons with inspirational experiences through immersion in Church history, art, music, and culture.
The remaining event for 2012 will be a concert and lecture with Latter-day Saint singer Alex Boyé on October 19 at 7:00 p.m. mountain daylight time at the Church History Museum theater. This event requires tickets, which will be available starting September 27 by calling 801-240-9573. Visit the Evenings at the Museum website for more information.
