Friday and Saturday
The Temple Square Chorale and the Orchestra at Temple Square will present a joint spring concert entitled “Mozart & Mendelssohn.” The concert will begin with the Orchestra performing Felix Mendelssohn’s Overture in C Major, op. 101. The Chorale and Orchestra will then join forces to present the Great Mass in C Minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The concerts will be led by Ryan Murphy, associate conductor of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and conductor of the Temple Square Chorale.
Sunday, March 19
Music, song, and dance will be in abundance at the 2017 Sacred Music Evening hosted by the Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable. This night of unity and celebration will include musical performances, scriptural readings, and prayers from 11 Utah faith traditions.

The general women’s session will be held in the Conference Center Auditorium in Salt Lake City on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. MDT. The 187th Annual General Conference of the Church will convene in the Conference Center Auditorium in Salt Lake City on Saturday and Sunday, April 1 and April 2, 2017, and will be broadcast to many areas of the world.
Friday-Saturday, April 14-15
The Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square, conducted by Mack Wilberg, will present an Easter concert on Good Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the Salt Lake Tabernacle. The repertoire will include Ludwig van Beethoven’s beautiful Christ on the Mount of Olives and a new work with music by Wilberg called A Cloud of Witnesses.
