Elder Arnulfo Valenzuela

First Quorum of the Seventy

Elder Arnulfo Valenzuela was sustained a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 6, 2013, at age 53. At the time of his call, he had been serving as a member of the Fourth Quorum of the Seventy in the México Area.

Elder Valenzuela received a bachelor’s degree in administration from the University of Accounting and Administrative Studies in México City. In 1992 he received a master of business administration degree from the American Institute of Business. In 1981 he began working as manager of commercial accounts for Honeywell México. In 2004 he was made Regional Director for Durman Co. and later National Marketing Director.

Elder Valenzuela has served in numerous Church callings, including full-time missionary in Veracruz, México, bishop, stake president’s counselor, mission president’s counselor, and Area Seventy.

Arnulfo Valenzuela Realivasquez was born in Chihuahua, México, in May 1959. He married Silvia Pilar De Porras in April 1982. They are the parents of three children. Elder and Sister Valenzuela reside in Querétaro, México.
